Payment

Naebleroedstudio.com accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Paypal, ApplePay.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Delivery and Shipment

The delivery time for your order is 5-15 business days.

All lithographs are securely packed and sent in tubes or flat packages depending on size and number. Both types of wrapping are very suitable for art transport, but we still recommend that you unpack the lithograph as soon as possible after receiving it.

All shipments cost DKK 100 worldwide.

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to the company Frederik Næblerød in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 14 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
